  • Where We Ship:
    We ship our products to most destinations. Certain restrictions may apply on shipping conditions to certain locations.
     
    Who pays for customs and import duties for packages sent to Canada, etc?:

    •Shipments to Canada/International locations are subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are levied once the package reaches that destination.
    • Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient of the package.
    • Gifts sent internationally will incur duties and taxes that will be charged to the recipient.
    • As the purchaser of the product to be shipped, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations as required by Canada or other International locations.
    International shipments will not be shipped until all inventory is available.

     
    Shipping Options:
    We use UPS to deliver orders within the continental U.S. You have the option to select the shipping service level you desire. The shipping method you use may determine how many days it takes for your package to reach its destination. Please use the shipping charts below to estimate the number of business days for your delivery:
     
    For shipping addresses within the continental U.S.
    • UPS Ground Commercial: 3-7 Business Days delivering to a business.
    • UPS Ground Residential: 3-7 Business Days delivering to a residence.
    • UPS Next Business Day: Guaranteed 10:30AM next business day delivery to most locations.
    • UPS Next Business Day Saver: Guaranteed 3:00PM next business day delivery to most locations.
    • UPS 2nd Business Day AM: Guaranteed noon delivery to commercial locations on 2nd business day. Available in most areas.
    • UPS 2nd Business Day: Guaranteed end of business delivery on 2nd business day.
    • UPS 3rd Business Day: Guaranteed end of business delivery on 3rd business day.
     
    • 8:30AM Early Next Business Day Delivery is available to select locations for orders placed with the Next Business Day option. This service is available for an additional $28.50 charge.

    • Saturday Delivery is available to most locations for orders placed Friday for Next Day Delivery. This service is available for an additional $10.00 charge.

    • Please contact our Customer Care professionals if you would like to add either the Early AM or Saturday delivery services to your order.
    For International shipping addresses:
    • UPS International Expedited - 3-8 business days
    • UPS International Express - 2-5 business days
    For Canadian addresses:
    • Canada Standard - 5-7 business days
    • Canada Expedited - 3-5 business days
    • Canada Express = 1-3 business days
     
    Calculating Shipping Time / Costs:
    Your shipment arrival is affected by three factors: Product availability, cost of shipment selected and even by the time of year the merchandise is shipped.
  • Availability: If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, it is placed on backorder. Your order is recorded and once inventory is replenished, credit card customers will be notified when merchandise is shipped. Approximate ship date on backorders will be 2-4 weeks based on manufacturer availability.
  • Costs: We provide low cost shipping for our customers.
  • Time of Year: Weekends and holidays are not active shipping days. Due to volume demands, shipping typically slows during the December holidays and around Mother’s Day. Please be advised and place your orders accordingly.
  • Lastly, shipping times are calculated from the time your order leaves our eCompanyStore warehouse. In stock merchandise will ship out in 24-hours or next business day; excluding weekends and holidays. Expedited (overnight, 2-day, 3-day, and international) in-stock orders, if placed by 1:00pm EST, will ship same day. Shipping is delayed, of course, if an item is on backorder.

    Shipping fees are based on weight and ship-to-zone.
     
    Order Tracking:
    You can track the status of your order online by going back into your online eStore, clicking on the "Track Order" button at the top of the page, and by clicking on the order number you wish to learn more about.

    • Back Order – This item is on back order and may be cancelled at any time.
    • Pending – This item is scheduled to be picked from inventory and may be cancelled at any time.
    • Ready for Shipment – This item has been packed and is waiting to ship. This item may not be cancelled at this time.
    • Shipped – This item has shipped. A tracking number is provided and may be tracked by clicking on the order number hyperlink. Your shipping information remains in the courier’s tracking system for 180 days after delivery is made. This item may not be cancelled at this time.
     
    Fraud Protection:
    We recommend all customers who are shipping to addresses other than their billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming a standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them (bank) an alternate shipping address.

      Yes. Delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

      No. UPS requires a full street address.
       
    3.   Do you ship to personal mailboxes?
      No. UPS requires a full street address and will leave the package on the doorstep.
       
    4.   Do you ship to rural route numbers?
      Yes, however, it may take some extra time for the package to reach its final destination.
       
    5.   Can I send items to multiple addresses?
      Yes, but separate orders must be placed for each shipping address.

      Credit card customers receive an email confirmation. You may also check your order status by clicking the "Track Order" button at the top of the home page.
       
    8.   Why wasn’t my order shipped as soon as it was placed?
      Merchandise is normally shipped out of our warehouse within 24-48 hours of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If an item is on back order or the order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will be delayed. Approximate ship date on backorders will be 2-4 weeks based on manufacturer availability.
       
    9.   How will I know when my backorder will be sent?
      Credit card customers receive an Email confirmation when the item is in stock and ready for shipment.
