How do I change my billing/shipping information?
You can go to the 'My Account' tab and click on 'Personal Information' to update your name, phone, company, or E-mail address or 'Billing Information' to update your billing address. You may E-mail the correct shipping information to customercare@ecompanystore.com or speak to an agent by calling 1-866-213-9085, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm EST.

How do I view my account history?
Access
your online eStore, click on the "Track Order"
button, then click on the appropriate order number
and see the details per each order transaction.

How do I update my E-mail address?
You can go to the "My Account" tab and click on "Personal Information" to update your E-mail address and phone number.
