Heather has been in the HR field for 10 years and has built
eCompanyStore's HR department from the ground up. She has developed numerous training, compliance and recognition programs and strives to promote the PASSION of all eCompanyStore employees to its customers, vendors and shareholders.

Heather received her PHR designation in the spring of 2003. This
designation requires professionals to demonstrate their expertise in the core principles of HR practice and the application of those principles.

Before joining eCompanyStore, Heather worked for 4 years as an agency recruiter placing qualified individuals at IBM, Xerox and NCR. Heather is a graduate of Oglethorpe University and has been with eCompanyStore since 2000.
